Bridle Path Tack Shop will gladly exchange or refund items within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tickets attached with original box with no shipping labels on it.  

BridlePathTack.com or Shipped from Stores merchandise may be returned or exchanged with original receipt within 30 days after receiving the package. All returned merchandise will be refunded in the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The same is true for shipping surcharges applied to certain items based on their size, weight, and destination.

• Helmets, apparel, horse health and are final sale

Free Shipping: If your order qualified for free shipping and you need to return an item that brings your total amount spent to under the free shipping value, once the item is received you will be refunded the total less the original shipping charges. For Ontario, Quebec an amount of $14.90 will be subtracted. 

Returned merchandise that was originally paid for by alternate tenders (i.e. Gift Certificates etc.) other than cash, debit or credit card will receive an exchange or refund in the form of a store credit onto a Bridle Path Tack Shop Gift Certificate. Cash will not be issued.

To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, Bridle Path Tack Shop reserves the right to request valid photo ID for the purposes of validating customer information when processing a return or exchange.

The following items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund, due to copyright and/or safety reasons:

• Personalized or custom ordered items
• All helmets
• Books and videos
• Supplements and oral remedies
• Returned saddles will not be fully refunded if marked in any manner.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Sorry, we cannot accept "freight collect" returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. We require a note with your name, daytime telephone number and a brief explanation for our records, as well as a copy of the sales invoice or the receipt number of the sales invoice.
• We reserve the right not to resell returned merchandise.
